The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The downstairs utility is home to the washing machine and convenient second WC and wash basin.

Access to the first floor is via the original, winding cottage stairs which lead you on to a spacious landing. To the front of the cottage is the welcoming master bedroom with double sized feature bed and traditional pine furniture. This room enjoys the benefit of character beams and beautiful views of the nearby Hampsfell Hill. 

 

The second bedroom is furnished with adult sized bunk beds, making the cottage ideal for families with teenagers or adult couples. The two bedrooms are complemented by a quality family shower room, equipped with a power shower cubicle, basin and WC.

To the side of the cottage there is a private patio area which enjoys sunshine throughout the day and well into the early evening.
